Overview
Provide electrical and mechanical consultancy services for the proposed Juba apartment development at M.U.D, Hai Malakal, Juba, South Sudan. The electrical scope included lighting and small power, telecommunications and data, lightning protection, external security and landscape lighting, power supply and metering, power and ICT reticulation, MATV, CCTV, generator backup, and lift-related provisions. Deliverables included preliminary designs, project estimates, bills of quantities and construction design layouts. Mechanical services covered foul-water plumbing and drainage, garage and parking drainage, hose-reel and sprinkler systems, sanitary fittings, air-conditioning, solar water heating, borehole drilling and equipment, water storage and reticulation, and water supply and metering. The consultancy deliverables included preliminary designs, bills of quantities and construction design layouts, with provision for project management, construction supervision, inspections and meetings.
