Overview
The Curve by the Park is a high-end serviced apartment development off Mombasa Road near the Southern Bypass in Nairobi, comprising 70 furnished apartments, including one-bedroom units, two-bedroom apartments, and penthouses, with views overlooking Nairobi National Park. Urban Renewed Limited provided multidisciplinary MEP engineering consultancy covering electrical and mechanical systems design, cost estimation, tendering and evaluation, project management, and supervision. The scope addressed power distribution and backup systems, lighting, security and fire detection, ICT infrastructure, plumbing, drainage, water supply, rainwater harvesting, solar water heating, LPG reticulation, swimming pool equipment, and other building services supporting the development’s residential and hospitality facilities.
