Overview
Emmarentia Apartments is a residential development delivered in two phases, comprising 45 units with a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments. Urban Renewed Limited’s scope included project and construction management, subcontractor coordination, and on-site staff training, alongside electrical and mechanical engineering consultancy covering power, lighting, security, fire safety, plumbing, drainage, water supply, rainwater harvesting, and solar water heating. Services also included design development, cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender evaluation, and construction documentation.
