Overview
The Abode Apartments is an eight-floor residential development in Lower Kabete, comprising 120 units, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and one-bedroom duplexes. Urban Renewed Limited’s scope included project and construction management, subcontractor coordination, and on-site staff training, alongside electrical and mechanical engineering consultancy for power distribution, lighting, ICT, security, fire protection, plumbing, drainage, water storage, rainwater harvesting, and solar water heating. The consultancy also covered preliminary and construction designs, cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender evaluation.
