Overview
Warwick Centre comprises fully furnished and serviced apartments located along UN Avenue in Gigiri, Nairobi, adjacent to the US Embassy and near the United Nations Office at Nairobi. The project scope covered electrical installations and mechanical, plumbing, drainage and firefighting services for the serviced apartment development, including proposed additions and alterations to existing apartments. The services were intended to support reliable power distribution, lighting, communications, domestic water supply, drainage, fire protection and occupant comfort. The electrical scope included power distribution, lighting, lightning protection, structured cabling, MATV, CCTV, fire alarm, video intercom and lift installations. Mechanical services included sanitary fittings, hot- and cold-water systems, water storage and pumping, foul and rainwater drainage, firefighting hose reels, sprinkler systems and solar water heating.
