Construction

Construction Contracting

Overseeing the entire construction process: contractor appointments, contract cost negotiations, and adherence to timelines, budgets, contract terms and quality standards.

What this service involves

Construction contracting is the stage where a design becomes a building. It means appointing the right contractors, agreeing the cost of their work, and making sure the work is carried out to the programme, the budget, the contract terms and the required quality.

Our construction sector is described as residential, commercial and industrial construction.

  • Who should build the project, and at what agreed cost?
  • Is the work progressing to the programme and the budget?
