Thomas Burke Junior & Senior Schools

The project involved electrical and mechanical services consultancy for the proposed Thomas Burke Junior and Senior Schools in Buru Buru, Nairobi County. The scope covered electrical power distribution, main LV switchboard, floor-level electrical installations, lightning protection, ICT reticulation, fire alarm systems and lift installations. Mechanical services included sanitary fittings, internal plumbing, foul and rainwater drainage, firefighting installations, solar water heating, kitchen equipment and ventilation, energy-saving cooking systems, and laboratory water, drainage, gas and fume-extraction installations. The wider project scope also includes staff attendance facilities and a dedicated server room, supporting the school's operational, ICT and administrative requirements. Services encompass MEP design and engineering coordination, with installation, testing and commissioning activities as applicable to the appointed scope.
