Siginon Freight Group — Cold Rooms & Warehouse Expansion

The project involved electrical and mechanical design engineering consultancy for the proposed expansion of the import/export warehouse for NAS Siginon Aviation Limited at JKIA, Nairobi. The scope included cold-room design and equipment sizing, electrical installations, power distribution, ICT and security systems, fire protection, plumbing, drainage, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning. Services also covered project management, site supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, design approvals, testing and commissioning, cost estimates, bills of quantities, construction documentation and tender evaluation.
